Looking for a fun Summer job near the beach? We are seeking 1- PT Summer Front Desk Associate and 1- FT Year-Round Front Desk Associate at the Body Shop Fitness Center. The ideal candidate for this position has an interest in supporting our business and members and is an enthusiastic, self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for fitness.
As a Front Desk Associate you will be answering phones, promoting and selling gym memberships, keeping up to date member paperwork, keeping the gym clean (vacuum, clean machines, trash removal), and ensuring that our facility runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet members and prospective members. Answer the phone.
- Answer questions about the company's services and products. Give tours.
- Provide information about different memberships.
- Provide directions to customers and visitors.
- Keep up-to-date records of members accounts.
- Clean gym equipment and keep the facility clean from debris.
