Angola-Robinsonville-Route 24 work begins soon

The Delaware Department of Transportation has awarded the bid for improvements at the intersection of Angola Road, Robinsonville Road and Route 24. Work will include dedicated right-turn lanes off Route 24 to Angola and Robinsonville roads between Lewes and Long Neck. In addition, Angola and Robinsonville roads will have through lanes and right- and left-hand turn lanes at the traffic signal. Work is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Royal Farms has filed an application with Sussex County to build a new convenience store with gas pumps in the area where the boats are shown.
