Envision Eye Care introduces new optometrist

Envision Eye Care in Rehoboth Beach welcomes Sam Stumer OD to the team.

Stumer comes to the Cape Region after 32 years of practice in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan region.

A graduate of Emory University and the S.U.N.Y. College of Optometry, he is residency-trained and has held positions as chief of optometry at Kaiser Permanente of the Mid-Atlantic States and clinical director at TLC Laser Eye Centers in Fairfax and Tyson’s Corner, Va.

“I take pride in educating patients on how to take care of their eyes for a lifetime of clear and comfortable vision,” said Stumer. “I’m excited to bring my expertise to the Rehoboth Beach area.”

Stumer provides comprehensive eye care including diabetic eye exams, contact lenses as well as eye infections and injuries.
