Great Delaware Kite Festival canceled

Due to the amount of rainfall and the conditions on the competition field, Cape Henlopen State Park and the Lewes Chamber of Commerce representatives regret to announce that this year’s Kite Festival, scheduled for Friday, March 29, is canceled. The egg hunt is also canceled. The event does not have a rain date.
Organizers look forward to better weather and conditions in 2025.
