Hurricane Lee’s fury had no chance of spoiling the Cape Gazette’s trip to Bermuda

In September, Sheila and Joe Bozik felt great excitement as the reality of their dream of a long-planned week's vacation to Bermuda was finally happening. Even though in the back of their minds they knew peak hurricane season in the Atlantic was on the horizon, they still took that chance of making their dream come true. Well, after three days of enjoying the beautiful, sunny blue skies and coral beaches at Rosewood Tucker’s Point, the Atlantic hurricane season materialized with the knuckle-biting approach of Hurricane Lee. Sheila and Joe safely left two days early but witnessed some spectacular waves of Hurricane Lee’s early fury.
