Lewes Beach April 6 cleanup event canceled

A beach cleanup organized by the Lewes Beach Civic Association for Saturday, April 6, has been canceled.

A group of residents who walked Lewes Beach this past weekend found its cleanliness meant the scheduled event was not necessary. 

Members will organize future cleanup efforts as needed and look forward to coming together to keep the beach clean later this year.
