Marnie Custom Homes, the 2022 NAHB Custom Home Builder of the Year, recently announced the promotion of Jon Subity to the position of co-owner alongside Marnie Oursler, president.

With more than a decade of dedicated service at Marnie Custom Homes, Subity has exemplified unwavering commitment and exceptional leadership. Joining Marnie Custom Homes as a project manager 10 years ago, Subity quickly rose through the ranks to become vice president, overseeing vital aspects of the company's operations.

Before joining Marnie Custom Homes, Subity earned accolades for his exemplary work at NV Homes, including prestigious awards such as the Master Builder Society and Excellence in Customer Service.

In his new role as co-owner, Subity will continue to play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future trajectory. His expertise, dedication to excellence and passion for building extraordinary homes have been instrumental in the company's success.
