Mid Atlantic Guitar Show & Swap Meet set March 23 in Rehoboth
The Mid Atlantic Guitar Show & Swap Meet will open at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 23, at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center, 229 Rehoboth Ave., Rehoboth Beach. Exhibitors from six states will be in attendance with new, used and vintage guitars, amplifiers, equipment and accessories to buy, sell, and trade.
The show includes a unique interactive exhibit, Les Paul From Start to Finish, where attendees may learn about and experience items that once belonged to Les Paul. There will also be two different estates present offering items for purchase, including a highly collectible piece from Woodstock ‘99.
Guitar enthusiasts can take in the hundreds of guitars and gear for sale. There will also be boutique jewelry and guitar wall hangers made of wood and stained glass. Ticket holders may also bring in a single item for trade or to sell to exhibitors.
General admission tickets are $10 online until 2 p.m., Saturday, March 23, or $20 cash only at the door. Early bird tickets are $25, available online only, and ticket holders may enter the show at 10 a.m. Available for purchase will be food by Bethany Blues, cocktails by Beach Time Distilling, beer by Dewey Beer Company and wine by Paul Cullen Wines. Door prizes, a guitar raffle and a cash-only 50/50 raffle drawing will be held, with all proceeds to benefit Frantic Music Project.
