Palm Beach Bar & Grill eyes summer opening
When it opens this summer on Coastal Highway, Palm Beach Bar & Grill will bring the vibrant flavors of south Florida to the Cape Region.
The creative duo behind this new full-service restaurant restaurant consists of James Petion, chef, and Kathryn Robinson, general manager, a husband-and-wife team known for their beloved food trucks and stand, First State Corn and More.
Located at Midway Shopping Center in the former Shrimpy’s Bar & Grill location, the restaurant space is in the midst of a complete renovation, from the kitchen to the dining room and everything in between.
"It took over a year to reach this moment," said Robinson. "Our focus has always been on creating a warm, welcoming space that feels like a family gathering, and we are thrilled to extend our family to include every guest who walks through our doors."
The menu is still being finalized, with plans to include Sixty Minutes to Showtime specials, featuring starters for guests headed to catch a show at the Movies at Midway.
Petion said, ”The combination of savory flavors represents our love for good food and community spirit."
