Sussex Gardeners fund 4-H summer camp scholarships

The Sussex Gardeners have donated $1,885 to provide 13 scholarships for Sussex 4-H members to attend sleep-away camp from Friday to Sunday, June 9 to 11, at Camp Barnes in Frankford.
Campers ages 8 to 12 experience swimming and kayaking, plus a variety of classes on nature and the environment taught by University of Delaware graduate students and 4-H staff. The cost is $145 per person.
Sussex Gardeners is the oldest garden club in Sussex County.
